Block Strata
These Terms govern your use of Block Strata — a layered block puzzle where you clear strata and climb the stack. By installing or playing, you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy.
1.1 These Terms form a binding contract between you and the operator of Block Strata ("Company," "we," "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Application. Continued use after posted updates constitutes acceptance.
2.1 You must be at least 13 years of age.
2.2 If under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.
2.3 You represent that you have legal capacity and will use the Application lawfully.
3.1 Certain features may rely on an account or device-linked saves. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and notifying us of unauthorized access.
Progress, virtual items, and unlocks are licensed for personal entertainment and have no cash value outside any expressly offered withdrawal program.

7.1 If reward or withdrawal features are offered, eligibility and timing appear in-app. Fraud or multi-accounting may void rewards. PayPal details are used solely for legitimate withdrawals as described in the Privacy Policy.
8.1 The free version may display advertisements via AppLovin and partners. Limit ad personalization in device settings. Partner practices are detailed in the Privacy Policy.
9.1 Nicknames, feedback, or other submissions grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content to operate and promote Block Strata. Illegal or harmful material is prohibited.
10.1 Block Strata — including art, audio, UI, code, trademarks, and branding — is owned by the Company or its licensors. Feedback may be used freely without obligation to you.
Online features rely on https://ugset.dramahave.com. Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages, or force majeure may limit access. Features may change or terminate at any time.
12.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOCK STRATA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13.1 To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or (b) USD $50 if you paid nothing.
14.1 You agree to defend and indemnify the Company against claims arising from your misuse of the Application, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15.1 We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, risk to others, or service discontinuation. You may uninstall at any time. Surviving clauses (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) remain in effect.
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Company's principal place of business, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Courts there have exclusive venue for unresolved disputes, subject to non-waivable rights.
17.1 Updated Terms may be posted in-app or on this page. The effective date will be revised. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
